The EGAPP Business School belongs to a Master Plan that includes a convention center, offices, shops, restaurants, a hotel and the EGADE Business School; all buildings have the purpose of satisfying the necessities of the students and executives. The building has 11 levels, 3 of them are below grade or underground levels. The access is through a square towards the general lobby where the vertical circulations are. The Lobby takes to 2 classrooms of 60 students in a U shape and as a second alternative to a corridor where are the services, and finally to the cafeteria - bookstore area that has access from the Square through a covered terrace with view to the EGADE. In this level the elevators that connect with the basements are located. This is due to security issues and to control that there is no direct access from the parking to the different levels of the tower. In the other superior levels are located the classrooms, services, offices and privates. The 1st basement lodges an Auditorium (multiple use room) of 12,380 Sqft with a lobby, bathrooms and cellar. Its parking area has a communication with the actual parking of the EGADE. The 2nd and 3rd underground levels also include a parking.
