Studied Architecture at the Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City from 1986 to 1990. After practicing in firms like Leason Pomeroy & Associates in Irvine, USA; Martorell, Bohigas y Mackay in Barcelona and Fumihiko Maki in Japan, he joined Legorreta Arquitectos in 1991.
Two years later he became a partner of Legorreta Arquitectos. And in 2001 he was a partner, general manager and design director of Legorreta + Legorreta (currently LEGORRETA®). He has lectured at Universities and Congresses both in the US and throughout Latin America and recently the Middle East. He has also been a member of various juries, including the American Institute of Architects (AIA) Design Awards.
In 2007, Victor is distinguished as an Honorary Member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA). In 2011 he was named a Full Member of the National Academy of Architecture, Valle de México Chapter and in 2012 he became President of the Interclub in Mexico of the International Academy of Architecture (IAA). In 2019 he was Honoured as Emerit Academic from Mexico’s National Architecture Academy.
He was born in Mexico City on December 10, 1966.

Design and construction of a Housing Complex and several residential projects in Valle de Bravo, Mexico. Collaborates in LEGORRETA Architects as Project Manager on projects such as The Bankers Club and the Papalote Children’s Museum, both in Mexico City.
