Puerta Bajío’s Second Phase is still under development, so far it consists of a series of buildings that form an interior street with multiple-use buildings that adapt to the shape of the land. This corridor will be accessed from Avenida Paseo de los Insurgentes through a ramp in the widest part of the land.

The most defined part of the project is made up of two buildings that contain different uses such as Commercial, Housing and Corporate.

The front and access is by the Paseo de los Insurgentes Avenue, which connects with the Lagos de Moreno - León Highway. This area has a strong commercial development which gives it a privileged location.

On the west side of the complex we find the CREDICER office building, made up of two sections with 6 and 4 levels respectively.

Both bodies on the ground floor and first level have an office lobby, a core of vertical circulations and commercial premises.

In the following levels we find spaces for offices, 5 and 3 levels respectively. The 4-level building has two terraces covered by a large pergola, providing a complementary space to the office levels.

The second building is a project that comprises a tower of 25 levels, surrounded by 3 squares, two of them connected by a central circulation covered with a pergola, which manages to enter the main volume of the tower, generating a walkway that links the Stages I and II of the Insurgentes complex, located at the ground floor level serving as access for commercial uses; the third square, works independently, as it is located in an elevated area of ??the land, connects directly to the office lobby located on the first level, where we also find a business center, work area (We Work), gym and vertical circulations that connect with offices and hotel.

On level 2 we find the hotel reception lobby, bar, restaurant with tables inside and on the terrace, covered with a large pergola, the amenities area is complemented by a swimming lane and covered sundeck.

The following 8 levels correspond to hotel rooms, each floor has 10 double rooms and 6 single rooms, giving a total of 16 rooms per level, distributed perimeter throughout the floor, leaving a nucleus in the center of it of circulations and an opening, giving the hotel lobby a height of 8 levels.

The following 14 levels correspond to the use of offices, with services and vertical circulations resolved in a compact way, achieving a free floor plan to make the most of the space, being able to have subdivisions of 2, 4 or 6 office modules per floor.
