The Puerta Bajío Complex, which began its construction in 2013, contains different uses such as Commercial, Housing and Corporate.
The front and access is by the Paseo de los Insurgentes Avenue, which connects with the Lagos de Moreno - León Highway. This area has a strong commercial development which gives it a privileged location.
The hotel is located at the northwestern point of the complex, the highest point of the land, it is made up of 10 levels including the ground floor, plus a parking basement with 102 spaces. The volume of the building stands on a stone basement and is formed by 2 main naves that open towards the complex, which are aligned with the morphology of the triangular terrain and that through its intermediate opening allows natural lighting of each one of the interior spaces. The Motor Lobby is covered by a pergola that invites you to enter the Lobby where the visitor is greeted by a great height that covers 9 levels ending with a pergola that allows natural light to pass through.
The ground floor is made up of indoor and outdoor restaurants, bar, meeting rooms and their respective services, as well as vehicular access to parking and access to the different levels through the core of vertical circulations.
Between ground floor and first level there is a mezzanine that houses the offices
administrative offices of the hotel, multipurpose rooms and hotel rooms. The rest of the levels include hotel rooms and amenities such as a gym, a pool with a swimming channel and a sun deck.
At the center of the complex we find a commercial pavilion made up of two blocks joined by a central square, both blocks have two levels. On the ground floor are the commercial premises and on the upper floor a large terrace covered by a pergola.
In the center of the complex we can also find the apartment building, which has commercial premises on its ground floor, an upper level of parking (78 parking spaces), 6 levels that house the apartments and a higher level of amenities.
On the west side of the complex we find the office towers, with 10 and 8 levels respectively, connected by a central circulation covered with a pergola. Both towers on the ground floor have commercial premises, thus integrating the entire commercial corridor of the complex.
