The HOTEL CLEVIÁ / HYATT CENTRIC LEÓN is part of the project called Puerta Bajío, which began construction in 2013, a mixed-use project with Commercial, Residential and Corporate usage. It is located in the Northwest area of the city of León, Guanajuato, in the Colonia San José de las Piletas, next to the roundabout where Paseo de los Insurgentes Avenue and Boulevard José María Morelos intersect. The front and main access is through Avenida Paseo de los Insurgentes, which connects to the Lagos de Moreno - León Highway. This area has a strong commercial development which gives it a privileged location. Being located in León, one of the cities with the greatest development in the Mexican Bajío, Cleviá Grand Hotel / Hyatt Centric León covers travelers need for a place to stay that is practical, but also has first-class services and deluxe details. The hotel is located at the northwest point of the complex, with the highest elevation within the plot, and occupies an area of 20,658 m2, it has a construction area of 15,700 m2 on 10 levels including the ground floor, plus a parking basement which it shares with the other uses of the set. The volume of the building is located on a stone base and is made up of 2 main naves that open towards the complex, which are aligned with the morphology of the triangular terrain and which, through its intermediate opening, allows natural lighting for each one of the interior spaces. On the lateral facades, the openings framed by the balconies that protrude from the volume can be seen and form a texture through the shadows cast in the terracotta precast castings, mounted on the concrete structure that supports the building. The Motor Lobby is covered by a pergola that invites you to enter the Hotel. An impressive 9-level atrium topped with a pergola that allows the passage of natural light greets guests upon arrival at the lobby, which contrasts modern furniture upholstered in linens and leather, with artisan fabrics and sculptural elements made of blown glass and black clay. As in vice regal architectural works, the central atrium distributes guests to all of the hotels amenities, including two restaurants specializing in signature Mexican cuisine, an avant-garde business center, and multiple usage event rooms. The spacious interior spaces are characterized by a contemporary design style, using parota wood and arabescato marble as the main materials, complemented by details of metal plate, onyx, quarry and copper. Likewise, color becomes the protagonist of the spaces, either through imposing ocher walls or rugs dyed with natural pigments and woven by artisans from the region. Between ground floor and first level there is a mezzanine that houses the hotels administrative offices. The first level has 10 rooms, 4 multipurpose rooms with terrace, business center, offices and access to services that supply the rest of the levels. On the second level there are 19 rooms, 5 of which have a terrace. From the third to the eighth level we can find the rest of the hotels hospitality area with 19 rooms each, for a total of 143 rooms, each with a balcony or terrace, large bathroom, closet and King size bed. The rooms are characterized by custom-designed furniture, with Mexican woods and marbles accentuated by leather details and photographs that show the natural richness of the Bajío Area. They are also equipped with a state-of-the-art automation system and first-rate amenities, to offer all visitors the highest level of luxury and comfort. On level 9 we find amenities such as cafeteria, spa, swimming pool with swimming lane and wading pool, gym, bathrooms, changing rooms and a terrace that offers one of the best sunsets thanks to the panoramic views of the city of León. In this space there is also a bar specializing in mixology with Mexican accents and grill cuisine.
