The building is part of the Juarez Complex that includes the block located between Juárez, Independencia, Dolores and Luis Moya avenues. It is a construction of 18 levels and is adjacent on the east side with the Plaza Juárez and on the west side with the street of Marroquí, which is becoming pedestrian. On the ground floor and the first level are located the communitary areas of the courts forming a basement of 44 feet high, that responds to the scale of Corpus Cristi and links to the project with the historical center and the other buildings of the complex. Around the ground floor, a pedestrian porch is created that serves as a communication between the different elements of the complex. In the next 15 levels are located the CENDI, CECOFAM, the family courts; occupying 4 by floors, board´s area. It finally ends with a floor of special offices and with a level of services´ equipment for the building. The facades of the building are of stone type quarry of Huixquilucan in both first levels of the basement and of precast in the superior levels. For the criteria of specifications in stairs, circulations, bathrooms, parking and other elements of the building are being fulfilled, as minimum, by the regulations of construction of the Federal District and in many cases superior specifications when the use of the courts requires it.
