The complex consists of three blocks with 12 classrooms each and a block of general services tied to each other by ample covered circulations that serve as recreational space in case of rain. The free areas combine patios and gardens strategically located among the buildings. As an access element there is the block that houses on the first floor the girls waiting hall or reception room, the offices and on the second floor the auditorium. For its part each block of classrooms has 4 rooms per floor on three levels with its corresponding sanitary services thereby breaking the traditional solution of a series of rooms in a row with a common circulation. The plastic treatment based on large facades concrete forms for protection from the climate, is complemented by the materials chosen for their ease in maintenance and pleasing texture.
