The Tangente 52 complex is located in the diamond area of ??the city of San Luis, composed of two stages, the first consists of two buildings that respond to the curved shape of the land, thus obtaining a semi-circular building with 6 levels, which houses a hotel with 120 rooms and a 15-level circular base tower for commercial and office use. There is a vehicular access that ends in a covered lobby motor, giving way to a square with a double height covered with a pergola, in a semicircular shape, generating a circulation in a natural way, separating pedestrian flows for each use of the complex.
On the ground floor of the Hotel, we find a double-height reception lobby, services and core of vertical circulation, restaurant and commercial premises. On the second level there are event rooms, a business center, a gym and a sales area. The following 5 levels correspond to the 120 hotel rooms, 24 rooms per level, distributed as follows: 12 double rooms and 12 single rooms.
On the ground floor of the office building we find the reception lobby for offices and one exclusively for apartments, a central core of vertical circulations and commercial premises on the perimeter with access to the terrace. On level 1, the commercial use with terrace is repeated with a core of vertical circulations in the center. Here the floor of the building is no longer circular, having a square shape. The following 8 levels correspond to the use of offices, with an open plan for easy subdivision. From level 10 to level 15 we find 32 apartments distributed, having on level 14 amenities such as a pool with a covered wading pool with a large pergola, a sun deck, an event room and a terrace. On level 15 we find a PH and a gym.
The second stage of the Tangente 52 complex corresponds to an 8-level building, for office use, has 3 parking levels housing 240 parking spaces, services and maintenance. On the ground floor the reception hall is projected surrounded by commercial premises, level 1 repeats the commercial use with access to the terrace. Levels from 2 to 9 correspond to the use of offices, with a free floor for easy subdivision. On level 9 we find a terrace covered with a pergola and connected by a bridge with the development of the first stage.
