The project is located in the magical town of San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato; distinction given due to the architectural and historical contribution that this represents and that in turn defines the characteristics that function as the guiding principles of the project. It is located 20 minutes from the historic center, to the north of the complex is the La Casona San Miguel Exhibition Palace, to the east the exit to Celaya and to the south buildings of a commercial and religious nature.
The project is formally conceptualized in several bodies that, according to their use and location, have between two and three levels, all linked together by porches and circulations, creating several patios towards which the spaces live. Of these patios, the central courtyard stands out, which serves as the center of the entire project and is the space where the pool and common areas of the complex are housed, this is completely delimited by the bodies so its life is totally internal.
On the main road there is the access to the parking lot and a large plaza that works as a lobby motor through which we enter the hotel, we enter the hotel lobby where we find the services of the hotel and a restaurant that has a terrace facing the central patio, Through vertical circulations we enter a lower level towards the event rooms and direct exit to the central patio. In the upper levels we have the room areas, this first body has 2 levels of rooms and a roof top bar.
Crossing the lobby, we will find the corridors that connect us to the other two bodies of the hotel that have between 3 and 4 levels. The Hotel will have 74 rooms. Identical that are developed in an area of ??6,140 m2.
Passing the atrium of the hotel we have a connection to the apartment bodies, the same that have independent access from the parking lot, these departments are developed in two bodies forming a square and live towards the central patio, and towards the secondary roads.
To guarantee the space of the buildings, they are not sticking to the boundaries, green stripes are being left to cushion the impact to the environment and the noise and external environments.
These apartments are developed in buildings of 3 and 4 levels and are staggered by means of terraces, the roofs of the whole complex serve as green areas for coexistence or Roof garden.
In total, 42 apartment units are developed in a constructed area of ??7,612m2. The parking lot is located in a basement which is naturally ventilated by means of vents that communicate to the outside due to differences in slabs and chimneys.
This parking lot has an area of ??3,846 m2. And it houses 106 vehicles.
The architectural and cultural wealth of the region is reflected not only in the arrangement of the elements and the central patio, but also in the finishes both on the façade and the interiors; using earthy and warm colors, design ceramics, rustic materials such as warm woods and stone, which generate a typically Mexican style, but at the same time modern, spacious and bright.
Cleviá Hotel + Residences by the firm Autograph Hotels by Marriot achieves a new experience in the combination of hotel and luxury residences that, combined with a traditional style, give a truly homely twist to the whole, thus reinventing mixed-use buildings.
