Curiously for a city like New York which offers so much in every field, there are major limitations of space, construction logistics and regulations to achieve a special and unique private apartment. Thanks to the support of the client, for whom we had designed a house a few years ago, and his determination to overcome every obstacle, it was possible to build an apartment that responded to his way of being and which allowed his family to enjoy an atmosphere of peace and serenity in the center of the city.
