This interior design project was developed within one of the most exclusive residential complexes in Mexico City, resulting in a spectacular apartment where architecture and interior design merge, and capture attention from all perspectives. The apartment enjoys all the privileges that a home can possess with its characteristics: It is located inside a luxurious apartment building, all of them with panoramic views of almost 360 degrees, being a blank space where we could project the ideal home that satisfies the person who is going to live in it, whatever their style or needs. In this case, a very large free area for living room and dining room was projected, which has just over 110 m2, an open terrace of 27 m2 from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the countryside and all the nature in which the property is located, three rooms each with its own bathroom and dressing room, a family room, generous service areas and, as a satisfaction to our clients passion for the culture of wine, the social areas are decorated accompanied by an elegant wine cellar and library, whose diagonal lines turned its design into an original guideline to also project the handcrafted carved walnut veneer, which elegantly dresses the main entrance and room. Walnut is the wood chosen for carpentry, all of it designed by LEGORRETA to suit our client. In every corner of the apartment there are design details, materials and effects that captivate the senses, already flattered by the environment in which the building itself is located. The main objective to pursue in the design process was to create, in addition to a comfortable and cozy home, a kind of personal museum, a showcase for the vast collection of art that its owner owns, from whose hand every detail was polished to become a luxury, mainly protecting the good taste and elegance that characterize the LEGORRETA style.
