The development approach seeks to generate an open landscape of sidewalks, terraces and garden squares around the complex.
There is a commercial connection area through a pedestrian circulation that crosses the complex on the east-west axis. A large part of the ground floor and level 1 is made up of a 4100m2 supermarket, we may also find restaurants, a place for a cafeteria or coffee and 4 kiosks in circulation.
With 3 basements, the complex is capable of holding 253 commercial drawers and 1 drawer for each bedroom that exists in the complex, reaching a total of 173 drawers for housing. These drawers are 2.55mts x 5mts, a size greater than what is stipulated by the building code.
The building set on the basement of 2 commercial levels, has 7 levels on this basement, specifically intended for housing, forming a housing-type set of 120 apartments, most of which have 2 bedrooms.
Aimed at a population mostly of young singles and small families, they are provided with several common areas located at Level 2, where we may find the housing with areas meant for amenities: pool, garden with children's games, barbecue area on deck, gym, playroom and multipurpose room for tenants.
On the 7th level of housing, there are penthouse-type apartments from 100 to 178 m2. That has direct / private access to a green rooftop that has a living area, bar with grill and garden.
The facades of the 2-level commercial basement are covered with a natural stone, while the facades of 7 levels of the housing will be made of colored paste. The ensemble has a sculptural flown element that dominates the architecture of the ensemble.
The intention of housing design, as well as the heights of the development, aim to open the views to all the different directions due to the privileged location of the land. And by placing the house on the platform of the basement, the complex is staggered into 2 different uses, private over public.
