Reserva Vistahermosa is located in the Lomas de Vistahermosa neighborhood. Access to the property is via Loma de Jaguey 155.
 
On the 5762.30 square meter land, housing units ranging from 350 to 380 square meters each are contemplated. These units have all the services necessary for the comfort of the inhabitant such as family, bar, living room, dining room, bedrooms, terraces and parking spaces.
 
The project consists of two existing houses and 10 apartments distributed in three buildings, for a total of 12 housing units.
 
-Tower A: 3 levels of apartments and two levels of parking.
-Tower B: 4 levels of apartments (2 two-level apartments) and 1 level of parking.
-Tower C: 5 levels of departments.

The project includes 3.5m mezzanines in each of its uses.
 
Access to the property is through a vehicular ramp that descends, adapting to the topography, reaching the parking level of Torre A and continues down to the parking level of Torre B, then a square next to Torre C.
 
Pedestrian access is considered independent of the vehicular ramp through platforms which allow visitors to access the different squares provided for in the project. Arriving at a shared lobby with elevator in Tower A and B, as well as a separate lobby in Tower C.
 
The project has 2 levels of parking and outdoor parking sites, to meet the required demand.
