The Kanti Manzanillo project is located at Olas Alta Av. 06, Bahía de Santiago, in Manzanillo, Colima, Mexico on land with a surface area of 7,350.00 m2. It is limited on the North with Av. Lomas Altas, on the South with the Federal Zone of the Pacific Ocean, to the East with lot number 02 and to the West with the Neptune gate. The project is spread over three towers with a total of 72 apartments including 4 penthouses. (tower A located to the east with 21 apartments and 2 penthouses, tower B central tower with 21 apartments and tower C located to the west with 26 apartments and 2 penthouses) of different heights and arranged in such a way that all the apartments have an ocean view. The main vehicular access to the complex is through the eastern area next to tower A, through a barrier and a large stone wall where the guardhouse is housed. This access connects the exterior lobby and the vehicular ramp that leads to the basement where the condominium parking lot is located. Access to the complex is through a double height lobby next to which the amenities are located. These areas serve as a filter and distribute to the common areas that take us to the circulation cores of the different towers. Tower A located next to the eastern boundary, houses on the ground floor the restaurant area, lobby and services of the complex and has access to the service platform through the closed street of Neptuno. On the ground floor of tower B we find the gym area. Each tower has two apartments per level and we reach this through an open circulation core with two elevators per tower.
