Zafiro is part of Cantera Master Plan also developed by LEGORRETA^®, in the property located at No. 1000 of Av. Rogelio Cantú. Its location in the vicinity of Cerro de las Mitras and its rugged topography provides great views of the city of Monterrey, Cerro de la Silla and the Chipinque Ecological Park.
 
The project is developed in the private area No. 2 of the Cantera subdivision, its main access is on the private area Tikul, but due to its location it also adjoins Av. Cantera, which is the main avenue within the complex.
 
Due to the irregular and elongated shape of the terrain, the main axes of it were used, which correspond in the horizontal direction east - west and northeast - south west, thus taking advantage of the main views to the south and south west.
 
Zafiro seeks to integrate with the aesthetics originally proposed in the master plan. The project moves on an open and corrugated base for parking from which two towers of 12 and 18 levels are moved.
 
The project consists of 219 apartments of different types from one to three bedrooms, on the ground floor both towers have amenities typical of the complex, among which there is a toy library, game rooms, gym and multipurpose room. Outside there is a pool and stalls for both towers located in the center of the complex, as well as an area with trellis that houses barbecue grills typical of the Monterrey culture.
 
Finally, the integration of high-end finishes inside the apartments and common areas is considered, as well as the facades of the complex, which have a unique design and colors of the firm.
