The house in Valle is located in the golf club “Avandaro”, with a view to the thick woods. The house was designed to take advantage of the terrain qualities and views; because of this the house is located in the highest part of it, allowing a great view of the mountains. The house was developed on three levels. In the access level, after walking through a path that comes from the street and ends in a courtyard; you find the garage and the main entrance. As you enter the house you find the vestibule that leads, in one way, to the public area; living room, dining room, kitchen and guest restroom. The other way leads to the private area, which is half level higher and contains the master bedroom, a terrace with a family room and a dining room. In the terrace on this level there is a Jacuzzi and a pool. Also, on the access floor, there is a service area with a bedroom, laundry room and a service courtyard. The first floor has a TV room and two bedrooms with their own dressing room and bathroom. Upstairs from the access floor there is a guest room; which also has a bathroom and dressing room. There is a big garden in front of the terrace and in the back side of the house there is a paddle tennis court. On top of the garage is where the housekeepers house is, which contains a family room, dining room, kitchen, courtyard, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The house finishes are all natural, as stone on the walls and floor, wooden covers, ceramic roof shingles on the roof and a rustic plaster on the outside and inside.
