Casa Margarita is a luxury development of two apartment towers in Guatemala City, Guatemala. The project provides luxury finishes, great views and an excellent location. It offers five types of apartments all of them of more than 2,690 SqFt. with 2 or 3 bedrooms with bathrooms, kitchen, integrated living room & dining room, TV (family) room and services areas. Besides each apartment have 2 or 3 parking spaces and a storage area at the basement. Among its amenities are: parking lot for guests, motor lobby, reception area, multiple uses ballroom, security, one pool in each tower, gym, racket ball and squash courts, as well as a heliport. Each tower has two elevators and emergency stairways that run up through 15 apartments levels and down to 3 parking lots levels. The outer finish is brick, and the interiors fine plaster; wood floors on living room, dining room and bedrooms; marble on bathrooms and ceramic tiles on kitchens and services.
