Located on a terrain with a very steep slope and a spectacular panorama, it presents the opportunity for an original solution. With the double purpose of making the interior life on only two levels and of achieving gardens at the childrens department level, the house was designed on the lowest possible level, leaving only the garage and service patio at street level. In this way, an absolute privacy for life, ease of communication with the rest of the land that will be arranged in the future as a garden and at the same time a saving in retaining walls does not only gardening but the house itself since its structure was designed to work together as containment of the street. All the services, reception and main bedroom were located on the main level and on the ground floor the childrens department with direct communication to a games terrace and the main garden. Throughout the project, the main objective was to take advantage of the panorama of the canyon while looking for different views for each place and a cozy atmosphere, for which not only views but materials and colors were carefully selected.
