On land whose principal attraction is the existing trees, they have been kept and incorporated in the life of house which is the object of this project. The solution consists of one floor and at the same time that a tranquil environment is created, the area where family life occurs is clearly defined, breaking with some typical design prejudices for dwellings such as the circulation of the service towards places of reception and entrance, the use of the garage as an element of service, etc.
