Amanali is a privileged place located on Tepeji River - Tula Highway in the state of Hidalgo and with 90,000 Sqft. and is surrounded by Requena Dam. It is a residential development built for 2,500 holiday houses and has a Golf Course of 18 holes, designed by Schmidt & Curley, where different water sports and activities can be performed. The residential complex is distinguished by the design of a gable that falls down towards the center of the volume. The 19th Hole, first stage of the project, consists of restaurant - bar, bath and dressing rooms for the club members, gym, tennis and paddle courts, pool. The service area includes administrative offices, kitchen, cellars, bath and dressing rooms for employees, equipment and warehouse rooms to store up to 100 golf carts. Amanali Club House, second stage of the project, includes a pool, cafeteria, gym, playroom, game room and capacity for 500 racks in bath and dressing rooms.
